"Sometimes the worst place you can be is in your head", unknown writer once wrote this statement that was used by several authors to describe how they battled within their selves.

Typically, as an individual, there has a different form of personality and behavior that are present in their everyday living. Have you tried to experience a day with a "Depressed Soul"?

It starts when the little soul opens its eyes to see the goodness of the morning. Warm sunlight that touches into its skin, a fresh breeze that encompasses its entire body, and a dear love that fosters its human nature.

Once the little soul gets up, it takes baths, puts on it its clothes, and eats its breakfast. The little soul does its daily routine with ease. A wide smile brightens up its face with a twinkle in its eyes.

Playing all day. Happy and delightful. Blessed as they said.

Then suddenly, dark clouds cover it. In a split of a second, everything changes, and no one notices it.

It changes the mood of the little soul. A happy soul turns into a depressed one. At that very moment, the saddest part is no one understands what the little soul feels and thinks.

Deep inside onto the mind of the little soul, a strange voice is talking. The voice keeps speaking of things that can harm the little soul. A struggle within. The little soul is trying to fight against it. Wounded and weak, the little soul should win it, a battle between life and death.

A path of light appears in nowhere. A helping hand from the little soul's love ones. An embrace of love, understanding, and acceptance are the important keys to win over it.

Finally, from being wounded and weak, the little soul gains strength and power to overcome it. A victory of life.

As the day of the "Depressed Soul" ends, it will leave us a lesson to keep ourselves alive every day for the rest of our lives.
